I am Laura and I started this service as I am passionate about all children being able to read and enjoy it, whatever their starting point.

Learning to read and write is an intellectually and physically challenging journey for a child and I want to educate others to understand the building blocks and experiences that children have to have in place in order to become literate and these start at birth. Once children start school they will learn to read and write through Phonics, but your children need to be prepared for this.

I am a qualified Primary School teacher with over 10 years teaching experience. I started my teaching career in London and now across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. My heart is in the early years foundation stage and I believe children learn best through purposeful play and high quality interactions with adults.
